Buckle up! This is going to be fun. We're going to ask you a bunch of questions so that we can get to know you, your goals, workout + dieting history, expectations and all that jazz!
Next up...we'll partner you with a coach we think would best fit your personality and needs. If you have a specific coach in mind you'd like to work with, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Your coach will then figure out a solid starting point for you given your goals - whether that’s macro tracking, or starting with the basics by developing solid habits and lifestyle changes - it’s specific to YOU.
You’ll have a check-in with your coach every 7-10 days, unless otherwise specified (some need more help in the beginning, some less). Each week you will fill out a questionnaire for your coach and email it to them prior to your check-in. These check-ins will be held via your specified communication preference - weekly email, text, 30min phone call, 30min video call or video messaging!
During your check-ins you will discuss your goals, biofeedback and have your questions answered! Our goal is to help educate you so that eventually you can do this independently with the understanding of the how’s, why’s and what to do.
